DESCRIPTION OF ADULT PROGRAMS

 

The Adult Programs are personalized programs for players seeking to enjoy this wonderful sport in a relaxed atmosphere, having fun in a great city like Zagreb, Novigrad, Poreč, Biograd and Island Brač (Bol). The player may choose a program according to the length of the desired stay and the interest in also participating in the physical preparation program.Training is carried out by the TennisLab technical staff in groups of maximum 4 players per coach and court. Adult programs offer players the possibility to train with the top professionals, over weekly periods.

Adult PROGRAM

PROGRAM CONTENTS

 

The Conditioning Program Includes:

High Performance Fitness Training Sessions
Fitness training and conditioning, workouts consist of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, assessment of aerobic and anaerobic level with diagnostic analysis of peripheral lactates, creating plan for entire season, timing top form for relevant tournaments, depending on part of the season, (basic preparations 1 and 2, specific preparations), gym workouts are modified to fit the abilities of every player. The program is led by educated, professionals that have attended and graduated from the Kinesiology University in Zagreb. They have many years of experience working with tennis players of all levels and ages.

 


Standard Program:

two hours of practice before noon and one hour of conditioning in the afternoon.

Master Program: two hours of tennis practice before noon, one hour of conditioning in the afternoon, and an hour of tennis practice as well.

The Program Includes:
1. The assessment of players and schedule in groups of up to 4 players
2. Individual scores, game analysis, suggestions and tips on how to improve your game.
3. Upgrading already acquired knowledge with a demonstration from the coach of our team, and constant practice and repeatability
4. Basket training, hitting live balls and exercising competition through various forms of match play
5. Encourage the importance of ball control through constants in the game, students practice keeping the ball in play with pre-defined tasks while being under the supervision of trainers


Master Program:
Groups of 3 to 4 players
The trainings are modified to fit each players needs
Further development of players through exercises specific to tennis
Practicing strokes and movement on the court
The development of tactics in the match
An hour fitness training

 


Conditioning program:
If desired, one can choose the program of physical fitness. This program provides physical preparation and can help prevent specific injuries.


Training in Pairs (2 people):

Partner Training:
1. Optional Training for Participants (specific training of all elements of tennis), frontal training with a trainer or coach to control the game
2. Basket training, hitting live balls and exercising competition through various forms of match play
