Expert TennisLab Training Methodology
Using a TennisLab system, junior tennis players must compete daily to earn their spot in the program. With daily matches and competitive play along with experienced coaching observation, players move up and down the ranks within the youth TennisLab structure on a daily basis. Proffessional Tennis Coaches, Hitting Partners and Trainers. We take our tennis training seriously at TennisLab by using a variety of experienced professionals, hitting partners, and trainers so that our junior athletes can draw from a wide range of coaching perspectives to help them reach their potential.
High Performance Tennis Training Sessions
In addition to top TennisLab training, players must engage in a daily Fitness and Conditioning regimen that includes a variety of training modalities such as, aerobic and anaerobic development through sustained low intensity activities and short duration sprinting and change of direction exercises; not to mention overall strength training and nutritional awareness coaching.

The TennisLab uses one of the most customized developmental youth tennis training programs in the industry. With a proven track record of transforming highly promising young athletes into college players, professionals, the team of coaches Andre and Nikola have put together is committed to developing the athletes they train, both on and off the court.
In addition to tennis academy training, junior tennis players will be given the chance to train with the best players and to engage in match-play, conditioning, mental training and Coach’s Eye video analysis and player analysis.

PROGRAM CONTENTS
Standard Plan:
One day _ 60 €
7 days, 3 hours per day 390 €
Two hours of practice before noon and one hour of conditioning in the afternoon.
The tennis program includes:
1. Assessing the level of quality of players and schedule in groups of up to 4 players
2. Use of tennis technique, targeted repeatability training, training tailored to situations in the match
3. Individual score, game analysis, conclusions and suggestions on how to improve the game through sparring matches with former top players who are part of our team
The Conditioning program includes:
High Performance Fitness Training Sessions
Fitness training and conditioning, workouts consist of aerobic and anaerobic types of conditioning, exclusively modified for the needs of tennis players, depending on the season, basic preparations 1 and 2, specific preparations. Workouts in the gym are adjusted based on the initial assessment of each player. The program is led by educated, professionals that have attended and graduated from the Kinesiology University in Zagreb. They have many years of experience working with tennis players of all levels and ages.
Master Camp:
One day 80 €
7 days, 5 hours per day 490 €
Two hours of group practice before noon, one hour of of conditioning, one hour of individual practice with a coach, and one hour of match play with another player
The tennis program includes:
